Reviews and Ratings <br />
We had a mixed experience at Pinewood Resort. The location is lovely, surrounded by nature and close to numerous attractions, which we appreciated. However, the RV site was uncomfortably close to neighbors, leading to noise disturbances. The facilities could use some improvements, particularly with cleanliness and the dining. Overall, it was decent but could be better if some issues are addressed.
My stay at this resort was quite frustrating. The initial room had a serious leak that they didn't address until it became a major issue, leading to my being moved to another room that didn't have water. While I did receive an apology, the promise of a partial refund was never fulfilled. The location on a dirt road poses challenges, especially during winter. On the upside, the room was clean, but the overall experience was marred by the poor service and management.
Pinewoods Resort has a beautiful setting close to outdoor attractions, but unfortunately, it needs significant updates. The amenities were lacking, and we faced noise issues from neighboring units that really affected our stay. While our daughter found joy in the playground and game room, overall, the resort falls short on comfort and quiet.
My stay at the resort was quite disappointing overall. While the location is beautiful with easy access to nature and nearby attractions, the facilities and service left much to be desired. The issues we faced with the plumbing and service response were particularly frustrating, overshadowing any positives from the setting. I wouldn't recommend it based on my experience.
I had a mixed experience at Pinewoods Resort. The location is beautiful, close to nature and various attractions, and the staff was incredibly helpful during a snowstorm. However, the room was small with some cleanliness issues, making it feel overpriced for what we received. While my daughter enjoyed the pool and playground, the noise from neighbors was quite a disturbance at times.
